Are you kidding me with this place? 310s has got to be the best southern food in the world!! The brisket is melt in your mouth good, and the gumbo was so layered and flavorful… Not too salty not too spicy, just right. I can’t say enough about this place. Hands down delicious from the Mac n cheese to the chicken n waffles it was all perfect. If you are in Waco, you can’t miss this place. Couldn’t take photos because I ate too fast

Tony B. and 310’s Kitchen catered my wedding in December and did an incredible job! Their food is always amazingly delicious no matter what you order, and the service is both friendly and professional. Tony communicated with me throughout the process and went with whatever I needed, even when we had to delay the wedding due to COVID. He delivered an awesome spread and served it to my guests with the help of his team. I highly recommend this restaurant! it’s so good we drive from north Austin to Waco just to eat there 🙂

Super friendly owners and amazing ribs!!! I also tried their brisket which was on point as well. The gumbo is like a flavor bomb. Really glad I spotted their food truck this afternoon and I’ll be back if I find myself in Waco again.

Absolutely delicious! I had the 2 meat plate w/ brisket, chicken, mac&cheese, and coleslaw. The brisket was tender and smoked to perfection!!! My husband had the brisket & ribs, which he loved. 310 Kitchen does the darn thang!!
