Stopped by for the first time in August 2023 on a Monday lunchtime. Ordered the Cholula Honey Chicken bowl with double meat and a drink. At $17 and change, it felt a bit on the pricey side. The bowl was decent overall, but there seemed to be cilantro mixed in with the lettuce or somehow found its way into my bowl, which dominated the taste. The food was hot, and tasted fresh otherwise.

Asked for a chicken queso bowl as listed on the menu I was asked for every ingredient that goes in the bowl since the girl was new and didn’t know the listed items on the menu. The bowl wasn’t even half full for $11 I’d expect a bit more.

First time here. It was a nice experience the young guy with nice arms made my burrito. I was acknowledged by him and the sweet young lady on register. My food was good and fresh. I even gave a 10% tip I think it was the arms lol. Overall I was satisfied with my service and food quality. Took a little longer than i like to get my food from start to finish but over all the two young people were nice. And now a days that goes a long way.

I haven’t had Qdoba in quite some time. Used to love it, but today wasn’t so good. We came in just after they opened. Restrooms were gross and toilets weren’t flushed. Did they even clean overnight?

Please disregard past negative reviews of this particular location! They have been under new management for the last 5 months, per the new GM. They have exceeded all expectations and completely turned this place around. The new staff is friendly, competent, and take pride in what they do for customers. This time last year, this place was absolutely horrible. I’ve frequented this location for about 7 years now and this is the best it’s ever been. If you love Qdoba, please give this one a shot. They deserve all the praise and deserve to be recognized for their efforts. Thanks for reading.

Gave this place another chance after multiple bad experiences a few years ago. The food quality has gone so far down hill. The rice was extremely dried out in my steak bowl. The chips were blan and heavily saturated in oil to the point it was soaking through the bag. The queso sauce was really watered down and tasted worse than cardboard and had absolutely zero heat.

I usually like qdoba, but this experience was terrible. My burrito had old rice in it, the cheese was as if it was just taken out of packet with no temperature, it’s supposed to be a “queso burrito” yet the cheese isn’t even melted. As I’m waiting for my order I hear the guy say “shouldn’t you use different rice” and the lady making it said “no that’s wasting food” okay?? My burrito tastes awful and I will definitely not be back at this location. Very gross. I actually feel sick after eating it.

Food is always so tasty. The staff here is super friendly and they don’t skimp on portion size. I always get the mini bowl which is plenty for me. The toppings are delish and they don’t charge extra for guac.
