I order regularly from Marcos. They have the best pizzas in town, but tonight was an all together different situation. They gave a burned pizza with absolutely no pizza sauce on it. Who ever ordered a pizza with no pizza sauce? That’s RIDICULOUS!They did not give me garlic dipping sauce. I called them and they hung up on me without saying a word. I called back and they never answer and I hung up after ,15 minutes and 2 seconds.

We order from here a lot. Last night was a disaster. We ordered 2 pizzas from the app, and received notice that our order was ready. We showed up, got in line and nothing moved for 15 minutes. We tried to enter to the counter, but all doors were locked. When we finally got to the window, they could only find 1 pizza, which was 30 minutes old. They made the second pizza. I know it was chaos in there, and no one was there who had authority to offer any compensation, but the line was full of upset people.

Me an my family came to order pizza! When we first walked in we wasn’t greeted at the time there was THREE MANAGERS at the front as we was placing our order we didn’t even know the lady was taking our order. Knocked on the counter to get her attention and she claim we was being disrespectful an rude. I’m not from this city but I can promise you if I was to ever return I would go hungry before stepping back into this place. We did go next do to PIZZA HUT an they was very pleasant an respectful. Young lady that handled my order at the window was very pleasant and friendly. Very helpful and made sure that my order was right. I drove past 4 other pizza places to get to Marco’s, and it was absolutely worth it. The food was perfect and the whole family enjoyed it.

first couple of experiences were great.. Today they sent me food that’s definitely old or something.. And was acting as if I wrong for speaking up about it.. I called and politely let the manager know the situation and she gave me all type of attitude because “she personally took care of the order” which only makes it that much worse.. She should’ve never let that food leave the way it did..

My friends and I never had Marcos before so I suggested we try it out, so we did it is best to order ahead and go to the drive-threw to pick up the pizza we ordered when we got there and it took around half an hour which I consider pretty good timing on a Friday night in a place with many tourist attractions and hotels.
