The ambiance is like bringing the outdoor indoors and though interesting it was missing energy. Largely dead on a Friday night. I suspect its overly priced food and drinks that don’t 1) deliver an experience worth paying the price or 2)unique food that warrant the pricing or 3) fine dining or drinks that calls for the high price. It was $30 for a plate of fruit that would have been $12 at Safeway. I would have been ok paying that if there was presentation that took time thus the expense but it was a plate of sliced fruit. It was middle of the road not bad not good but certainly not worth coming back because you can only command those prices if you deliver the experience, exceptional service or good food above bar quality. I think if they invest in those 3 things we may have to make reservations due to the popularity. If not, I would hate to see another business in this struggling economy become victim of closure.

Perfection, ordered the seafood with rice. A bit hesitant that it wasn’t going to be enough but we ended up taking the rest home. Luckily our server assured us we were good with our portion. I don’t usually like hot pot like that but had 2-3 bowls, great flavor! Ambience make me feel like I was in Korea alleyway spot. Staff, host, manager were super friendly. Gotta come back for those nachos next time!

I would give a 0 star if I could. I do not know if their foods are tasty but I know their customer service is trash. My husband and I arrived at around 7:00PM. There was no one at the front, no customers were seen so we thought they were closed but the sign said “open”. I had to yell out “hello” 3-4 times and still no one responded. Finally, when I literally screamed “hello” twice, a gentleman came out with all the to go orders. I asked “are you open?”, he nodded and pointed to a seat. No good evening, hello no nothing. Just point. Cool. Maybe he can’t talk. When we sat down, we grabbed the menu that was already on the table and the same gentleman brought us some tea water (this was around 7:10PM). Shortly after, 2 customers walked in and sat right behind us. The gentleman took their order first even though they came after us. We waited for him to come back to take our orders but he never came back. We walked out at 7:41PM. This place is a joke. Never again.

I love coming here for gatherings and parties. The service is pretty good and the food is great.. It can get a little pricey but when you have a large group, it is well worth your money!
