Wonderful experience and thankful!! We are driving from Sonora through the US on transit to San Quintin in Baja California a 13-hour drive and decided to stop for a Strawberry Shake. We tried to pay with our Mexican cards in drive through, but none worked without a pin and couldn’t touch payment pad. Nice young lady gave it free of charge and said “it’s only a shake, you may take it”. For us it’s paradise delicious shake and greatly appreciate gesture.

Really disappointing blizzards. My wife and I ordered a chocolate brownie extreme and a turtle pecan cluster blizzard. They both looked the same and were basically vanilla soft serve with a few pieces of ingredients for each mixed in. Should’ve returned them but were hitting the road to drive home. I’ve never had a bad experience there on trips between Tucson and Phoenix, and we’ve stopped there many times.

Gas here seems to be the cheapest around. Good stopping place between Phoenix and Tucson. Ice cream is always calling so treat yourself, you only live once. Give me a thumbs up if this has helped you.

We stopped in for a cool treat. It was a really hot day on our way to Texas. The ice cream we ordered was delicious but my sundae was missing my cream and nuts. No big deal just handed them to me after the fact. The cashier that took our order never greeted us and had a long sad look upon her. She may need to be retrained in customer service. It was kind of a drag. I hope she learns to greet customers with a warm friendly smile to make them feel welcomed.

I am a small business owner, and my wife is a retail manager. We often stop here on our way from Tucson to Phoenix which is monthly. You have a problem with this location. The attractive young lady with 3” nails, not only had trouble handing us our small blizzards, but one of her squared tipped nails scratched me. She was clueless, unapologetic, and unaware of her surroundings. Her customer service skills were extremely lacking. She either didn’t care or was extremely overwhelmed.

where is the signature Dairy Queen cone swirl or anything?? This cone was SOOO messy. So un enjoyable and to know that she messed up she couldn’t even offer to give me a cup or anything. This was ridiculous! This employee needs obviously more training! Store manager do better!

we went through the drive thru, the employees were extremely rude to us. we ordered the 2 for 5 and we’re told we didn’t order the 2 for 5 and if we are gonna order it we need to remind them. they rushed us also while we were ordering. we ordered three blue raspberry slushes one with icecream which barely had any icecream, and the slushees we’re watered down and didn’t even taste like blue raspberry. i ordered a cotton candy blizzard and it had maybe 2 bites of cotton candy in it. i have never had a problem usually with this place but tonight was awful experience. no clue who was working but it was at 9:40 pm on April 26th.
