The woman who works at this location needs some customer service training. Each time I have been in to pick up an order, she does not acknowledge me. Orders have been wrong. This time, the fried okra was burnt and fried into a big blob. Totally inedible!

I had went here to get some BBQ for my girl on Sunday (who never had American BBQ before) and for our first time coming here the customer service was awesome when we came here Saturday and they had gave us some recommendations that turned out to be amazing!!! Besides the food being great and also filling (I was out not too long after ) it was a great and wonderful experience. I will definitely be back to try out some more options there. Way to go Dickeys!!!

They had just mopped the whole restaurant and it smelled terrible like cleaner. The turkey was cold and in big spongey chunks. Bbq beans were all sauce with a few beans. This place has gone way downhill. I wasted $45, won’t be back.

Staff was friendly and helpful right upon entry! The staff is also very understanding and accommodating when faced with errors. Tables and kitchen are all extremely well cleaned! This Dickies smoked brisket and chicken are extremely juicy and are season perfectly. I will be visiting again!

If Negative Stars were possible, all the Meat taste like it was boiled and old then put under a heat lamp. All the meat was dry without a bit of flavor unless bbq was used. I am honestly not sure how it is called and should not be called BBQ, someone really needs to go in there and teach them how to make real BBQ that is worth paying for. I will not be returning nor will I recommend this place ro anyone.

Came there at lunchtime on the Thursday it was totally empty. I was the only one there ordered chicken wings and they tasted spoiled. Couldn’t even eat them took one bite and spit it out. Disgusting.
