Wow, just Wow…
Ten months later and it is like we never left. The love has just been overwhelming these last few days as we tried to sneak in a soft open.
Turns out we were more worried than everyone else.
It has just been a massive crush of hugs, smiles, laughs and of course food! We are so proud to share the hard work of the last ten months. We still have a few things to finish but we are close enough!
We have lots of stories to share and can’t wait to hear all of yours, so be sure to put aside a few extra minutes to catch up when you come in.

We placed an order for pizza and wings online the day before. When I arrived at the restaurant, it took them over 30 minutes to get my “wings” done, at which point the pizza had gone lukewarm. The “boneless wings” were 13 chicken balls and 2 chicken strips with no sauce on them at all. It tasted like frozen popcorn chicken from Tyson. The regular wings had a small dollop of sauce on them and were not much better. Thankfully they were included in a discount, as they would’ve been a waste for the price they charge. The pizza was low-end, and the dessert they gave me to make up for the extremely long wait was also not good. All in all, almost $45 wasted on a place we will not order from again. All the staff seemed nice, so at least one positive.

We had to wait a bit because they had a big order come in but the guy there made great conversation and the lady let us have a pastry for free since we waited so long. The food was delicious and great quantity for the price. 10/10 will come again.

We had them cater our wedding with servers. I reached out to them at short notice and Sam was able to help us out and was just amazing. We got the award winning fried chicken, which was award winning. The chicken was seasoned to perfection, juicy and crispy. We also got the pulled pork which was juicy, just the perfect amount of sauce and tender. We got the potatoe salad, baked beans, rolls. We also got 2 kinds of cornbread, one was regular and the other one was jalapeño. Everything was cook to perfection and taste amazing. They got to our house early and they set up and cleaned up. The service from the servers was amazing. I can’t wait to order from them again. I will attached pictures when I get them. 5 star service all the way.

We had Bianchi’s cater our daughter’s graduation party this weekend. It was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff who delivered made sure we were all set up and continued to ask if there was anything else they could do to help. The food was INCREDIBLE! Our favorites were the honey fried chicken and loaded mashed potatoes and the eggplant! We will be calling them again for our next event!

The staff was friendly but the food isn’t good. My pizza was super bland and my chicken tenders were half soggy. They mean well but they need to change their recipes or something. There’s so many other good pizza/wing places in Syracuse to choose from.

I called for a delivery at 4:05, placed my order,got of the phone at 4:10. Told me 45 minutes will be here. That should of been here at 4:50. I finally received my meal at 5:43. I ordered the Luna and was Luke warm. The driver did apologize to me and was very nice. This is my first time ordering from you since you reopened. Looks like it will be my last. Had to stick it back in the oven to get it hot again.

It’s unbelievable that you still don’t have delivery. Its Amazing I’ve Been a customer since 1991 and I can’t get a delivery. I doubt this would be happening if Connie was here. I heard through the grape vine that their catering business is very good so they aren’t in a hurry for delivery. SMH

Daily specials are always good at excellent prices. We enjoy the lasagna specials about once a month. We have also given this special to others( A friend helped us out, so we bought him and his family dinner. My sister was in the hospital we bought dinner for her family). The restaurant looks very good after the forced remodel, and we are glad they reopened.
