We enjoyed our lunch at this brand new Chipotle on Niagara Falls Blvd. We ordered a Garlic Guajillo Steak Burrito Bowl, which was quite tasty. We also ordered a side of Nachos with a container of queso. The counter service seemed efficient despite the restaurant being new. The tables were also reasonably clean. No doubt we’ll be back.

I don’t know if this is standards Chipotle will have for some of their locations, but this one, you had order through the app and then wall in to pick up your food. Either the workers didn’t update their ordering system, but I decided to sit in car since it was a rainy day. When I saw the expected time fir my bowl to be completed had passed I went into the location. They then told me I should’ve come through the drive thru. The signs on the door nor did my app indicate this. I didn’t like he made it seem like it was my fault I didn’t get my food when expected. Hopefully they’ll have this straightened out. Give me a thumbs up if this description was helpful. Thanks and enjoy!

This was my new favorite location, but not after this last visit. I am beyond disgusted with the amount of hair I discovered while “enjoying” my dinner. It is completely unacceptable and just utterly disgusting I can’t even type what I really want to, as I would rather regurgitate. I’m disgusted

The first few times we went to this new location it was great/no complaints. However, the past 3 orders in a row there has been something wrong with our food – either got barely any chips, barely any food in a rice bowl, and no chips at all one time. Chipotle customer service was great in making up for the missing chips, but in general, this location seems to really be struggling with food and service quality.

One would expect employees of a customer-oriented business like Chipotle to be proficient in basic customer service skills. While this is true for many Chipotle locations, it is not the case for the incompetent individuals working at 3030 Niagara Falls Blvd. As a regular Chipotle customer, one anticipates being greeted with a warm smile, helpfulness, and attentiveness upon entering a location. However, the staff at the 3030 Niagara Falls Blvd location often ignores customers, sometimes for several minutes. This is not due to fulfilling other customers’ orders, mobile orders, or restocking necessities, as they seem to prioritize their convenience over customer service. When they finally get around to serving customers, they do so with an attitude that is consistently rude, as many other reviews have noted. It is a shame that such poor service exists at this location, especially since customer satisfaction is such an essential aspect of running a successful business.

Ordered a burrito. There was so little in it that she folded it and it looked like an envelope, not rolled like a burrito. Every table was dirty and there was no clean place to sit. Chipotle was once my favorite place to eat.

Lobe chipoltlane, staff is usually friendly, order is always right. Once I ordered hot sauce on my bowl to go and once I got home, there was a crazy ridiculous amount of sauce on my bowl. It was hot sauce soup I couldn’t eat it.

Just spent the night in the hospital with the worst vomiting and stomach cramps of my life. I puked so much my esophagus became irritated and started bleeding. I put in an online drive thru order about an hour and a half ahead. Picked it up and 3 hours later I was puking and almost had to pull over on the thruway because I couldn’t make it home. 9 hours later (4am) I was still vomiting with diarrhea and the worst stomach cramps. Went to the ER and spent another 5 hours in there getting tested. Worst night of my life and to find out so many others have been sick from a newly opened restaurant is scary. I just wonder how long my order was sitting before I picked it up. 2.9 stars and you just opened. Shame on Chipotle.

I love chipotle but when I had to leave this establishment and drive to the next one down the street because their vinaigrette is extra watered down and so was there sour cream. There workers are rude and I had a horrible experience and this new chipotle…. Me and my family will not be back here
