I had the Butt Fries. The fries are sturdy and stand up well to nacho cheese, pulled pork, scallions, & sour cream poured all over them. They have 4 sauces to choose from at the tables. The hot is just the right amount of heat. None over power the flavor of your dish. I had coleslaw as a side. It’s extremely fine cut & balances the sweet & vinegar taste well.

We had the 1/4 rack of ribs and loaded fries. The loaded fries remained decently crispy despite the ingredients on top and the pork had a nice smoke flavor. I had pretty low expectations of the ribs because they don’t really look good at all but they had a nice flavor. They are served wet with some kind of liquid on them which isn’t my favorite way to have ribs but the flavor was good and they were tender. Decent prices.

I spent 28$ for two pulled pork dinners, and the pork was so salty neither myself or my partner could eat ANY of it! We literally took one bite, threw it away! Atmosphere was clean and staff was friendly, but the pork was awful!

was there the other day, got the bull fries, let me say the fries are probably some of the best french fries I have ever eaten, however when you pay 13 dollars for a loaded fry, I expect there to be more than a small (could not have been more than a 1/2 cup) of what looked to be chopped beef, I could barely taste it. Was a beautiful place, clean, and smelled good, but was very disappointed in the portion. I felt cheated. I dont mind paying for BarBQ because i make my own and i know it is expensive. But you couldn’t even tell if it was brisket, as the other guy said looked like chopped roast beef

We ordered the Brisket Sandwich Platter and its is like chopped roast beef, no flavor and really greasy, the bottom of bun was soaked, we did not finish it. The baked beans were just out of can, they could of at least put them in a baking dish in the smoker for little while for some flavor. The Cole-slaw was okay and we had two Cold Coronas $38. We usually go to Wolf’s Fixins BBQ Ruckersville VA that is real brisket.
