First time here. I personally liked every aspect of my visit. Definitely not a chain. Literally looks like a local family owned and operated restaurant and a throwback to the old neighborhood restaurants that served really good food. I want to go back to try other offerings.

Might be the best tacos I’ve ever had. I’m from south side chicago so it’s fair to say I’ve eaten a lot of tacos in my day. Meat was flavorful and juicy, tortillas were nice and soft, and they give you a good amount. Will be back for sure.

visiting from SoCal and normally don’t frequent Mexican restaurants in other states (it’s the little things and it just hits different), but love exploring non-chain, neighborhood family restaurants. It’s a cozy little restaurant that looks like it also caters to the school age kids with the mexican snacks, spicy chips and elote. there was even a sign advertising free chips for tiktoks filmed inside with a tag to Teresita’s
