My first visit to a Tim Hortons anywhere. It was nothing extra special, but the breakfast sandwich was quite tasty and the service from the gentleman at the counter was excellent. He went out of his way to explain the menu items to us. If I had one closer to me than three hours, I would definitely patronize the business more often.

Great food, great staff on most days, I would give 5 stars but their hours are not correct. They don’t stay open til 7pm in fact they close at 5pm. I don’t know why businesses don’t update there websites or hours, it only takes 1 min.

Terrible service. No service. Would not serve us. Doors locked but open. Tried drive thru. They served the guy ahead of us but wouldn’t come to the intercom or window for us. Finally gave up and left. Also be careful. There’s a massive pot hole out front that could bottom out and damage a smaller vehicle.

The only reason I gave them a 2nd star is because we didn’t have such a bad experience yesterday as we did today. But…. today took the cake… we pulled to the drive thru waited at leave 4-5 minutes for someone to say anything. Then the .an behind the speaker rushed us through our order (2 large oreo Supreme iced Capps and 1 Boston cream donut) he did not tell us how much the bill was. We pulled to the window, the guy that took our card still didn’t tell us how much we owed and just looked and sounded like he just didn’t care about his job. When he handed us the drinks we both commented on how they did not look like oero iced Capps and they were not Supreme (no whipped cream, no crumbles on top and really no crumbles in the drink itself that were visible) when we made that comment all he said was “huh” so we said it again. But we decided just by the lack of acknowledgement and just genuine concern we decided to just leave. Because we know it was not going to be corrected thenright way. Smh

This was pathetic. Everything bagels are supposed to have, all the seasonings from bagel varieties, this had 2. The egg was s flat microwaved patty smothered in plastic cheese. I’ll skip the biscuit all together.

Why promote sit down when you lock your doors and only allow drive thru sales?? I do not want to eat breakfast in the car especially when you have to wait 30+ minutes for food because you are not efficient in your drive thru. Thank god for a waffle house across the street. Better food & Better Service!!

I sat and waited AT the window for more than 15 minutes for a drink they had over priced compared to other Tim’s. It even had a much cheaper price listed on the menu board. In the meantime people who had already ordered were pulling out of line behind me. I asked them to put the charge back on my credit card. As much as I love Timmy’s this one I will NEVER go back to, I advise you to do the same. Bad, bad, bad service!!!
