Lady working was a mess. Hurrying us , we were there at 8:55p, the place closes at 10pm, said if we were 5 minutes later we wouldn’t have been served, in a hurry to lock up and clean. They only had white meat left. Felt rushed and they wanted to get people out so they could clean and close up. Gravy on the potatoes was gross and the chicken was dry. Very disappointed.

Food is never cooked properly my crispy chicken is always half cooked and mushy… every time i added a pic to show how discolored and mushy it is… .. could not find a table due to them all being dirty and i dont mean crumbs on the table they were absolutely STICKY…. tried to wipe the old food off and the napkin stuck and wouldn’t come off…. the rest rooms also have no changing station…

I had the absolute worst experience of my life to be honest. My whole entire order was messed up. Terrible attitudes behind the counter, super verbal, cussing non stop amongst each other with numerous families in the dining room trying to enjoy their food. I can promise you that after that I’ll never darken the doorway in that specific store again.

Food is not always cooked properly and you never get your whole order. Silly stuff like missing a fry. You asked/paid for a large and get a small. I suppose you should check before you pull away but sometimes you give it a quick glance and get on your way and then get home and are disappointed.

I came to this KFC with my mom and after rushing us to order as soon as we walked in the door, the cashier gave my mother attitude when my mom confronted her about the soda needing to be checked. The soda tasted horrible, and most likely needed to be changed out. Instead of checking the bags, the woman laughed at my mom and her and her coworkers loudly mocked my mother. I’ve never had a problem with this KFC until today and I’d really like for the employees to be re-informed about how to treat customers and how to act in situations like this.

Probably the worst kfc location I’ve ever been to while working on the road. The restroom was dirty. The people working there very unorganized, and my feet stuck to the floor right in front of the counter. A week goes by, I’m back up that way so I decided to give them a 2nd chance. Same experience, in fact my feet were stuck in the same exact spot! Dont waste your money goto Arbys down the road instead.
