The food was good. My complaint is that I made an order online. I was alerted food was ready we live not even a minute away. When we go to pick it up it was not ready for pick up. They had no clue and my food had to be made. So we went for alert saying food was ready to now having to wait another 20 mins with bums off the street coming in and out making the wait uncomfortable. All and all the staff never apologized or said anything for the inconvenience. They received a $5 tip online for poor service.

I normally order pizza from here and it’s usually the guy manager but today it was some lady. I’m not sure if it’s new staff or what but this pizza is so over cooked!! When I called to talk to the manager, she wasn’t too happy about my complaint and gave a $15 credit and my order was $25 but thanks anyways!!
