Most of the time this Starbucks is decent however the last 3 times I’ve been here and ordered Frapuccino’s they aren’t sweet at all, actually bitter. They are definitely missing a step in the process, I come from an era where we taught to never send food back and complain so I didn’t complain. I won’t be back though for a good while. This has also happened at other Starbucks so there’s a step in the process they are missing.

These baristas are not as friendly as the ones at the standalone Starbucks. I stopped here to pick up the WV Been There Mug. The baristas are more reserved but helpful. I did call ahead this morning to make sure they have the Mugs. This is located in the grocery store, and it doesn’t have all the food items the regular standalone stores carry. I was looking for a protein box to snack on until I get home.

Walked in at 5:52 and was told they’d been closed 2 minutes prior. Hours at this location are supposed to be until 6 pm. Disappointing. Employees were friendly, but it looks like they have a habit of closing up shop early.

The Starbucks inside the Target us a nice pit-stop for some caffeine before or after your shopping. I got the new Strawberry Funnel Cake Frappuccino, and my brother got the Dragonfruit Drink (it’s next to the Pink Drink, but I forget what it’s actually called). Both were very good. The ladies behind the counter were courteous, kind, and quick. You’ll definitely catch me going there again. 🙂

Usually this Starbucks location is good but the experience this time wasn’t. The young Lady who waited on us seemed as if she really didn’t want to be there. She didn’t listen to our orders and made both my wife and my drinks wrong. My wife asked for a decaf coffee (hot) and received an ice coffee and I ordered a vanilla bean with soy milk (no whipped cream) and received something (not sure what it was) that tasted like nothing I’ve ever gotten before (I always order vanilla bean) and it had whipped cream on it and not sure if I got the soy milk (because of the way I’m feeling this morning). When the young lady was told about my wife’s coffee she stated, “well I didn’t know ” and never offered to make it right, my coffee was extremely sweet and usually it’s not. My wife and I actually tossed our drinks about half through drinking them.
