I went in today and order online I was at home eating it and there was hair in my pizza, at first I thought it was my own hair but it wasn’t I could literally pull the hair and the cheese off the pizza came with it so it wasn’t my hair and I tried to call back and no one answered the food is normally good

Placed an online order but they made the wrong pizza. They informed me of the mistake as I walked in the door but offered to make it right by making me the right pizza but I would have to wait 6/7 minutes. I waited and received a larger pizza then what I had orders as well as the incorrect pizza for free. The pizza was delicious.

Growing up Pizza Hut was my absolute favorite pizza spot. I’m a 1990 baby, but ever since they changed their ingredients I’m disappointed in the taste of their pizza. So I found Marco’s and I must say the taste is certainly on the 90’s Pizza Hut level! My new favorite pizza spot for sure!

All my food was burned my kids couldn’t chew it I couldn’t chew it they just picked as much toppings off as possible there won’t much of that either it was dry. My calzone was all bread and a few pepperoni hardly any cheese at all. The best part of it was the Pepsi I’d like to have my order remade I tried to call the store couldn’t talk to nobody got put on hold and never came back very disappointed. How do you spend 54 dollars on 3 large pizzas 1 cheesebread 1 calzone and everything burned? Then nobody at the store will talk to you . I have ordered from other marcos pizza before no issues but this was my first time with this one and I have to say I’m very disappointed I really would like my order remade the way it should be or my money back

Walked into a small waiting area full of dissatisfied customers. I should have checked my pizza before I left, because when I got home it was not what I ordered. I called, to learn my only option was to bring the pizza back and they would make a new one; but they were really busy so I would have to wait. I didn’t want to wait another hour, so I declined. However, the manager emailed me later as a result of my original review, and offered a satisfactory solution.

This has definitely become our go-to pizza place. The service is always prompt and everyone there has a smile. We do have them put extra sauce on the pizzas, but that’s just how we like it [I don’t grade down when it’s made to restaurant standards, but I have a different opinion]. If I had to pick one negative, the delivery is not cheap, but it is probably consistent with what you pay anywhere else.
