Terrible customer service! I called the restaurant because they didn’t put all the toppings that I had paid for on the pizzas. The girl said she made my order so she knew it was correct and the only way they’d do anything was if I took the order back up there. I was hosting a get together and wasn’t going to leave my guest to prove to them that they messed up. I literally only asked for reimbursement or credit for the 3 missing toppings. I didn’t ask for anything more and they were so rude the entire time. The NY is clearly missing the sausage and the other one is clearly missing the banana peppers and jalapeños.

Terrible customer service! I just asked , my order is not right and they were so rude the entire time.I said have no supervisor there & I talked over the phone with supervisor name Suzan & just told her pull up voice recording from your cameras. How your employs treating Costumers & just asked for refund back. Because I didn’t want get new order with that negative energy girls. Then they said they calling police , not going make refund. Then I had also called police after they called police. Both girls had Terrible Coustmer service

I ordered the big newyorker yesterday. It showed up 40 minutes late, very small amount of pepperonis, it was cold & the crust was hard as a rock. I would have been better off grabbing a hot & ready from Little Caesars

My car broke down late at night with my wife and children with me and the staff welcomed them in so they stayed safe until help arrived. Thanks so much for making my family feel safe and providing a warm place to sit until we could get back on the road. My kids said they have the best breadsticks and Pepsi around.

This is a long one. It took 20 minutes after seating us for heather to take our order. After we recieved our pizza, it was the meat lovers or it was supposed to be. They skimped hard on the toppings.after eating and having to search the store for heather to get a box we realized they charged us for drinks instead of water. That was corrected when we brought attention to it. Also our marinara sauce had the consistancy of tomato soup.That being said heres where it gets fun heather our fun loving hostess/ waitress was a real princess with her air pods in her ears, and hickies all over her neck. The guy making pizzas spent more time pulling up his pants than making pizzas. And lastly the place was dirty. 2 tables were left uncleaned when we arrived and no one even attempted to clean them the almost hour we were there. Crew at this location have no sense of urgency, no customer service skills, and apparently rather play on their phones then service paying customers. This was sunday the 15th and my wife and i were visiting, but atleast i know not to go here again

I ordered 2 large 1 topping pizzas and I got a free cinnamon rolls that took 150 points to get..We get there and the Manger who looks 12 BTW says we are out of cinnamon rolls I said OK give me the brownie she said that will be 30 dollars I said I’m not paying for the brownie The cinnamon rolls were free she said sorry I can not switch it ..I said I used 150 points then I said OK cancel the order she said well you can email about the points that’s OK wow then I’m like can I have the 8 count wings which are also 150 points she said no I will never go to this location again Manger is rude
