I usually always order from here & never had issues, plus the food is always good. However, I want to focus on the service & bring light to how awesome they are. I ordered sweet & sour chicken, & when it arrived I was missing the sauce. When I called the restaurant & told them, they apologized, & sent a driver with my sauce. Took only 10mins for him to get here. I am sooo please with how they took care of me, & handled the situation. Definitely will always be ordering from them. I only wished I had cash to give to the driver who brought the sauce. Food is 10/10 & service was a 10/10.

Visiting Miami and stumbled into this place while hungry for Chinese food. With the name I actually expected to see Vietnamese food or influence but surprisingly it is authentic Americanized Chinese food. I had fried rice, shrimp broccoli, cashew chicken, and beef lo-men. I got enough and good size but most importantly, fresh tasting shrimps and crispy and green broccolis. The sliced beef in lo-men is tender and lo-men cooked just right to my taste. For a Taiwanese living in Southern California, it is certainly a pleasant surprise. It is the best tasting Chinese food I’ve had in Miami so far, and most fairly priced. It is not overly greasy, salty or starchy. If anything, I would request lower salt as personal preference. I am happy with Mekong II and will come again for sure.

By far the best Chinese spot. When Lee’s Chinese and garden Chinese was open they where my go to but thank goodness for them. The Ham fried rice and other options that are customizable make this a gem. For example being able to get paper steak with no vegetables, or moogoo gai pan a certain way, and don’t get me started on the full zip lock bags of table noodles! Yum. When Chinese craving hits this is a gem for sure.

Egg rolls appeared and tasted as though they had been deep fried and deep fried again. Chicken egg foo young wasn’t edible. It was burnt on one side with gravy dumped on top and grisly chicken pieces. Sesame chicken seemed to be made of leftovers as well. We will no longer be ordering here.

We have been ordering from this place since we bought our house in 2015. I was always great, until as of late the last time we ordered they forgot one of the appetizers. We thought no big deal as never had an issue. We ordered again today and had the same issue. They forgot our crab ragoons. The driver advised us to call and that he would go pick them up and bring them right over. We called the restaurant and was told absolutely NOT. It would take at least another hour as they have other orders. We asked them to refund it and were told they can’t. Best thing they can do is a future credit. Not sure if they changed ownership, but this is no way to operate. We will now be looking for a new Chinese restaurant and recommend you take you business elsewhere as well. Be
