I ordered breakfast through the app this morning around 10:45-10:50 (they now do breakfast until 11:00). I drove to the store and arrived there at 11:03 when I arrived they told me that they were no longer doing breakfast. I said I placed the order like 15 minutes ago you guys were still doing breakfast and they said we have no breakfast left. I was extremely disappointed with this as mcdonald’s has the best fast food breakfast and I ordered it before breakfast time was over. I was given a refund but this is just simply ridiculous. They really need to start paying attention to the mobile orders they get instead of just making them when the person arrives. The mobile orders should already be ready when the customer gets there, thats the whole point in doing a mobile order.

I waited a little bit to see if my food would come out anyway, needless to say I was wrong, so I went into the restaurant and asked about it and the said my food had been there a while and made me fresh food just because of that. I’m used to getting my food hot, unfortunately it wasn’t Much better this time, food was hot and fresh and there wasn’t much of a wait. Glad they’ve gotten better because the other alternative was a half hour wait at the other local McDonald’s. Still getting better, a little slower this time but the food was hot and fresh.

This is the third time i’ve come here in the last month and the service is SO disheveled. Made we wait in the parking spots for my food and didn’t even have chicken on either of my mcchickens. I went inside and everyone working seemed to not know anything about what was going on inside and I had to actively seek out my new order instead of them doing it for me. C’mon yall, I know food service is challenging but this made me feel genuinely disappointed on my break at work.
