Came and got an ice cream cone & I tried the walking taco. My husband got the chicken sandwich. The food was absolutely horrendous. Seems like we were served food that was sitting for a week. We gave the chicken sandwich to our dog, which it was so awful I feel bad even giving it to him. The ice cream was good though.

Stopped with a friend I had tenderloin and onion rings, flavor was good, prices were comparable to others, but I was disappointed in that tenderloin was dry. There was not a single condiment on it. I was not asked when ordering what would I like on it. Since I had not been to this establishment in forever didn’t know it came with nothing. My friend waited a long time for her sandwich and fries. We ordered at the same time she got a Coney dog and was asked what she wanted on it. Strange.

Their bbq was really good. I wish I had bought 2 so I could’ve had one for lunch the next day. The baked beans were really good also. I wish the serving size was bigger though. Definitely will go there again.

Last time I got the usually delicious fried mushrooms they were half cooked and mashed together cuz they were soggy ice cold, and completely unedible and plain gross, I was clearly given mushrooms that had been sitting around for along time.atleast the tangerine was great.

Not our favorite drive in ice cream stand. We tried a cheeseburger, Coney dog, hot dog, fried mushrooms, and onion rings. Ever6one liked the coney and hot dog. The cheeseburger was ok. The fried mushrooms were excellent. But the onion rings were bland. We also tried the famous marshmallow coke, but no one thought it was great. For ice cream, we tried the tangerine, the vanilla with brunch, and a scoop of cookie dough. Vanilla and cookie dough were enjoyed by the kids. The tangerine was really good, but we had wished the tangerine flavor were stronger. They seem to use a vanilla base and it tastes more like a creamsicle than tangerine. Still tasty though.

It’s okay. Good if i want extremely greasy food. However always forgetting half of the items. This time it was my entire burger and onion rings that was forgotten.

I have literally been going to Jimmie’s since 1984. Back in my 8 year old days, I would give 5 stars! Unfortunately, their standards have progressively become subpar at best over the years. I have always looked forward to driving slightly out of my way off of I-69 to grab a tangerine ice cream with krunch coat! Recently, I made my typical swing through for my childhood favorite treat and was extremely disappointed. Paying over $6 for what they considered a large cone/cup serving was equivalent to a small/medium by Dairy Queen standards. Frustrating I can’t share my fond childhood memories my parents created for me with my own children.
