Not sure what others are talking about but our past 2 experiences have been fantastic and consistent. Great disbursement of toppings, cooked well, and done on time. Maybe it’s because they weeknights and basic menu items. Not sure but no complaints here

I ordered a Medium pan pizza with a side of Mild buffalo wings bone – in online. It was a rainy night, puddles everywhere. I walked inside Domino’s to pick up my order when I met Ian & Dorien. Those guys were awesome, I even informed them about my transition from PH & how I’m a Domino’s fan for good. Shout out to the Domino’s team, keep up the great work & awesomeness.

Order was approximately 10 minutes behind projected app time of arrival. When received the Philly stk pizza was cold, wet from condensation buildup in box, the toppings were all very light and approximately 3/4 of the pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box.

No concern no urgency no interest in the customer what so ever.. patiently waiting for a pizza fir 45 mins that hasn’t even been made.. glad I asked.. totally over looked and no one cares.. incompetent employees expect for one .. amusing though watching what appears to be a Tim Conway impersonator making pizzas..still no pizza made another mistake.. when your estimated time is 15 to 25 mins make sure you add an hour. And make sure they didn’t forget..

never had a problem ordering dominos where i lived before. placed an order and was told it would be 30 mins. waited over an hour and finally called to ask about the pizza. told they don’t deliver to my address when the girl who took my order said they did. i asked why i wasn’t contacted and what happened because i already paid on the phone. she said they didn’t have a call back number for me. the girl never asked for my number so i assumed they had caller id. train your employees to ask for the phone number or know where they deliver. we just moved here and i didn’t know. also asked to speak to the manager to better explain the situation and she said she was and just sighed and said “sorry for the inconvience”

Ordered a Brooklyn style cheese pizza. What arrived was most definitely not that. It was a thin crust medium size at best. Mary, the delivery driver was very kind and apologetic. She called the store and spoke with who I assume was a manager. A young lady who could have cared less about the issue. She told Mary to tell me that if I wanted a larger pizza, next time I should order accordingly. A snarky response instead of an apology or a fix. Again, Mary was great, however, the girl who she spoke to on the phone could use a lesson in customer service.

Totally mismanaged to no fault of the sole gentlemen working the shop Sunday placed order online for pick up at 530. E-mail verification said 27-37 minute pickup. Got to the shop, hadn’t even started prepping yet. There was one guy who took off with delivery orders when I arrived and never came back while I was there and the one left to do everything. It took him a good 10 minutes before he even spoke to us he was so busy. 6:03 and order still not even prepped. Finally got out the door at 6:18 The phone just rang and rang that he never stopped to answer, and new online orders kept arriving. I felt so bad for the worker that he had NO HELP!!!! My pizza was definitely fresh but didn’t get exactly what I ordered. If you don’t have workers, then the owner/manager should be behind the counter
