The food tasted like it’s been sitting out for days. Flavorless, bland, and dry. As my wife and I were talking about how gross it tasted, I then found a HAIR in mine. I took them both back and asked for a refund and the staff instantly got defensive and rude. They kept insisting that it wasn’t a hair and that they would not give us a refund. After going back and forth for a LONG while, one of them called the owner who then told them to refund my money. I’ll never go back to this place. Absolutely terrible.

I would eat here again. It wasnt anything to write home about, but it was good food. The prices are relatively low. They offered free samples of the lemongrass chicken. The Thai bubble tea was not good.

Their pad thai is awful. My noodles shouldn’t be bright orange and no flavor. What little the noodles have for flavor is incredible artificial. Lemon chicken was good, but covered in oil. After eating it I felt really nauseous. Will not recommend.

Didn’t taste the worse but I’ve had terrible stomach pains or this weird pulsing burn in my gut. Had the pad thai, veggies, tofu curry, and tofu salad roll. This place is not good. I wish I did not get this place.

The prices are very fair and the portions are generous. I tried the crispy thai chicken, basil chicken, with pad thai noodles. It was good, but not tasty enough to warrant going out of my way for. I would have enjoyed the meal more if it had a little more flavor.

Greeted by exceptionally friendly staff that offered samples. Inexpensive price point and scrumptiously tasting! Staff told me chicken is never frozen and marinated 24 hours for more full flavor. Docking one star as the meat was warm (on the verge of cool), rather than hot. Pad Thai was slightly dry. I know it’s hard to keep everything fresh when it’s on the hot line but overall I enjoyed the experience.

Honestly the food was really freaking bomb, I could tell that the person in the kitchen really likes cooking! I got so much food for $8! My partner and I were blown away by the quality, quantity, and price. Delicious, and better than a lot of high class sit down Thai restaurants, which was a lovely surprise

The food is excellent. I used to go to Panda Express but this is much better. The chicken is more tender and fresh and their selection is great. Plus you can ask for things and they will cook it for you. The pad thai is really good and I had one of their salad rolls, which I had not seen before. It’s light and healthy and tastes good. They also have Thai Ice Tea which is the bubble tea and it’s good. The lady said there is a new owner now and it’s WAY cleaner and better food now.

Excellent service. Kind ladies each and everytime we stop in. Pot stickers are good. Chicken and rice very good. Iced coffee with boba was yummy too. A large is indeed a LARGE!!! Great food spot. In response to the recent negative reviews…sounds like these specific patrons are in search of authentic from the home country Thai. It’s a mall! Laughing. Who goes to the mall for authenticity. Great job to the folks of Ruby Thai we enjoy our visits each and everytime. Thank you.
