The house ramen is delicious. I got the green chili butter & the hubby had garlic miso. Both were so good. The place has limited seating but don’t let that stop you from going. Seriously good eats here

So excited to have found this gem of an authentic ramen place offering up the traditional ramen taste, ambiance and menu. The spot is tiny, can occasionally get crowded but the service is fast. They have a quick and easy ordering process with an easy to follow menu. You choose from 3 different broth flavors, 3 different noodles and an arroy of addons. The shrimpballs were fantastic, great flavor and texture. I opted for the curry miso with shrimpballs, mushrooms , eggs and garlic oil. The broth came out nice and hot. The kimchi as an appetizer was amazing, I actually recommend adding it to your broth for that extra kick. Overall great taste & reasonable prices & great service.

This place is small and has a few very unique items on the menu. The ramen (of which there is only one base, hakata-tonkotsu) I had was very good and I liked being able to customize the noddle firmness, the saltiness and oil for the bowl. Some of the more unique topping items you can get are fried fish skins as well as dried shrimp (which were not available at the time of my meal unfortunately). I liked the flavorful broth. Its exciting to hear that this place will soon be getting other different types of noodles. I’d for sure need to come back once this happens.

Amazing! Their katsu chicken is simply amazing! Moist, flavorful, and crispy! Every bite had so much flavor! Honestly the best katsu chicken I’ve ever had!

This is easily best the ramen place in Fresno. It jumped to number 1 in my wife and my opinion when we learned they actually make their broth the traditional way over a 12 hour period. Surprisingly, they seem to be one of the few ramen places in town that does that. Fresno has such a strong Asian cuisine tradition. Why the standard weak broth for most other places?

Had great ramen here last week—the 2nd time every trying ramen. Pros: love the ordering system, you are given a menu, they have other non ramen items, terriyaki type bowls, tempura apps, etc, but to order ramen you fill out a little menu slip with all the options clearly spelled out. I love this for ramen newbies like me. There are still so many things to choose from but you don’t feel overwhelmed or on the spot, you can take your time. I really enjoyed what I ordered but I will make a few tweaks, like if I’m not ravenously hungry, I will ask for less noodles and more broth, the traditional miso broth was so yummy! Also I will ask for extra green onions. Great little spot for conversation and tasty ramen!

I got the curry ramen. Honestly one the best I’ve tried. Location was well kept. The employees were so kind I didnt even know they were closed until i asked they told me not to worry and continue eating i didnt feel rushed at all. It was my first time there and they recommended things to try out as well. Will be my new ramen spot

Great Ramen! A little different as you order everything separate for your bowl. The flavor and presentation in the bowl however is excellent!
