We were so excited about getting a sonic and the food hasn’t been fresh anytime we’ve went, we didn’t say anything, we’ve worked in fast food and know the struggles but when you start serving food that should be trash people have stopped caring and I bet most do not mind waiting for fresh food. The worst was recently and the burger had definitely been cooked ahead of time and reheated in the microwave, that taste is unmistakable and happens one way, I am sad sonic isn’t one of my favorites anymore! Also it wasn’t busy, we even said that seems odd on a Saturday afternoon. Will say staff was friendly and the food came out almost instantly, like it was cooked before we arrived!

Super slow. Tater tots were overcooked and fries were limp. Mozzarella Sticks, the Coney dogs, and Popcorn Chicken were good. Staff were friendly there just (like everywhere) aren’t enough of them.

They put extra stuff on the food that wasn’t listed on the menu, so my husband couldn’t eat his food. I was afraid to eat my coney dog because the hot dog looked and tasted funny. My shake was not mixed so I kept getting straight syrup. We’ve been to several Sonic’s and this is the only one we’ve had these problems with.

How could you not like a Sonic? Well, I will tell you. Visit the one in Columbus, Indiana. I was very excited that we were going to get one here in Columbus, but it never fails to disappoint. I tried several times to give the benefit of the doubt to this restaurant , but the workers don’t care and the food is pretty nasty. Luckily, there is a great one in Seymour, Indiana to get my Sonic fix. This one in Columbus needs to just shut down and regroup, and maybe take lessons from the Seymour location.

Came here for a quick bite. Turned into 30 minutes, and nothing on our order was correct (4 items). Ordered one thing and got charged and given something completely different while in their park and order bit. When we noticed the lady messed up, tried to tell her, but she already got off the speaker and charged us on it. So maybe ask if everything looks correct before you just get off? Won’t be back, but maybe for other people’s sake.

Meh. I keep going back every few months to see if Sonic improves, and like a pall bearer they keep letting me down. It took forever to answer the call button… So long that we actually gave up and just ordered on the app. Two combo meals took 15 minutes to be delivered, which felt a little long but not terrible. The tots were luke warm and something was definitely off with the Coke Zero (we threw it out), but the burger and blaster were delicious. The guy delivering our food looked and acted so beat down… Maybe it’s a staffing issue? Sonic won’t be on my list again for a long time.
