Had to wait 7 minutes extra to get my food which was no big deal until I got home and realized my breadsticks were dry as hell no butter sauce and hard as a rock, the pizza that I paid $4 extra for stuffed crust was plain ol crust, and the cheese pizza looked like it was a burnt and cold. I paid $35 for trash food.

I’m done with this location. The staff that has taken my order the past 3x are always on there cell phone. I have seen a 10-12 year old kid being let into the back. When I call ahead to order no one answers.

I was SOOOOO disappointed in this place. The first time I went they were great but it was different people. I think the people tonight don’t take there job seriously. If you don’t like your job then go somewhere else. I sat there while 20 other people came in and got there pizza while other food in the truck was getting cold. I was there for 30 minutes when they said it would be 10 minutes. If you can’t take pride in what you do for a living then move on to another job.

Special ordered a pizza that took 45 mins to make. Ordered other stuff. We were already in Henderson, so we had to wait most of that in parking lot. Got E-mail it was ready, ran in, half of order missing and pizza was wrong. Asked why and they just handed me what was missing. I paid almost 18 for this special made pizza and had to wait 45 minutes for, just to be done wrong. Got a refund because I don’t have 45 more minutes to wait for another one. Very disappointed.

I give this place 1 star only because the APP works to order. Other than that, they never answer the phone even when my food is over a hour late, they expect me to just deal with it. Can’t wait for a Dominoes to open. Very disappointed in Little Caesars. What makes it worse is, I got no food and they took my money. I ended up having to call 7 times then the kids was extremely rude, I told him it’s a hour late and asked what they were going to do about that. He td me to watch my tone and they were going to do nothing about that it being a hour late which at this point, I still haven’t got the food yet.
