Worst experience. Placed order at 9:40 pm on a Sat. Called in to see about my order at 10:39 pm and Shara says oh a driver said your address is on Jupiter so I cancel it. I am 7 min from this location. Offer to deliver the Pizza on another 40 minutes. COLD . I went and picked up. Had to demand for my cold pizza since my kid was starving. Then have to also ask for refund… Shame on this store. PD: they do not use mask while doing your pizzas…

Not one to typically write reviews but I am fuming! Placed an order and waited almost an hour no order showed up. I called and they couldn’t find my order then magically they found it and said the driver is on the way. Waited some more time and no order. Called the customer service line and they said that order was delivered obviously it wasn’t. Call the store again Adam said give him another 10 minutes and the order should be there. Waited another 20 minutes and still no order. He said he would give me a discount and tell me why I don’t want a discount on almost 2 hours waiting on an order that never arrived? Told him he can refund me and that he can tip the driver out of his own pocket for how ridiculous this all was and giving me the runaround so many times back-and-forth. He certainly didn’t like that and got real rude and nasty. I will NEVER be ordering here again.

Hi, the service was amazing. At first something happened with the online ordering process, but the Manager took the time to call me and double-check the order. The delivery was flawless and they even gave me a call to confirm the delivery. Great and professional service! Keep it up.

Everything was cooked properly and tasted great. The pizza, the wings and the garlic knots really hit the spot. Food arrived sooner than promised. The delivery girl rang the bell, wore a mask, placed the food with care on a chair outside and waited at a safe distance until she saw us acknowledge the delivery. Very satisfied with our experience. Papa johns in Wellington is a glaring example as to why fast food should be left to automation. The order was placed and delivered but short on items. The driver said I will be right back which was followed by a call from captain incompetent a.k.a. the manager telling me that there will be an up charge stating that I was adding items even though I told the employee over the phone over 4 times the order. The only way I could make it simpler is if a got a blank sheet of paper and crayons but these clowns might be distracted by the colors. Call anywhere but here

Ordered pizza online and got a receipt when I went to pick it up. Later realized on my statement that they had charged my card six dollars more. Went back and manager took my information but never reached back to correct this unauthorized charge. Fortunately credit card company straightened it up but we won’t be using Papa John’s again.
