They were too quick on shutting that door on ya. When ordering drinks they didn’t ask what size…. their medium drink is tiny! At least that is what they charged us for who knows if that’s what we got. To add to it they didn’t even fill to the top. Our lunch order came to $18 we asked for 3 drinks….. total came to $29. And only 2 straws. No big deal but come on!

I will NEVER go to KFC AGAIN. it is the biggest RIP off I’ve ever seen. Can your believe they charge you almost $4 for 2 bites of mac n cheese??? Same with the mashed potatoes $4 for couple bites of those too.. I’ve literally never seen anything like it. It says individual size… individual for who???? A 6 month old? I am seriously so disgusted and disappointed. After spending $30 for dinner we had to go buy more food somewhere else. I am so angry how can a company get away with ripping people off like that? I saw a whole family of cockroaches on the wall right next to me (back corner). The big daddy one was crawling along the wall and caught my eye and then looked down at hip level just below table level and found the rest of its family plus cousins. This was in the middle of the afternoon with full sun outside. How much more are in that building, especially the kitchen, coming out at night? I was in the middle of eating their food and was so disgusted, we left quickly. Needs to be inspected!

I almost didn’t go because of some negative reviews. But I really wanted KFC and hadn’t had it in years. So I went for take out. The employees were nice, the dining area was clean and the food was fresh and extra crispy just like I ordered. And KFC cole slaw is the absolute best!!!

Got the new Mac n cheese with chicken bowl. Got mine spicy. There was so much “spice sauce” or whatever that trash is, it took me 6 napkins to soak it all up. It was just grossly sitting at the bottom of the bowl. It tastes less than mediocre too.

Went close to the time that they were closing, I know it sucks but I’ve worked in the food industry for so long and if you’re open until 10 you serve until 10 sadly. Anyway, showed up with plenty of time in the drive through and they said “order when you’re ready” and after asking for a 3 piece meal they said “oh sorry we’re all out of chicken for tonight”. No sign, no warning, and we knew they were lying. Sad, next time just say hey so sorry but we’re already closed down. That’s way better than lying to a customer 🙂

Came in and they were super busy but they were managing it really well and got my food really quick despite how busy they were and the food wasn’t cold or old it was like it was all freshly cooked and the restaurant was the cleanest I’ve seen in St. George so far
