I would love to know how an order for a three-piece mild chicken tenders with a side of fries, and a Diet Coke ended up being a five piece spicy wings with a side of rice and beans. This is the third time that I have been given some thing completely different than what I ordered from this location in my last five visits spanning about a month. Will not be returning.

Finally got to try the new chicken sandwich! After hearing all the positive reviews on Popeyes new chicken sandwich I had to try it for myself. It lived up to expectations. No toppings are offered on the sandwich other and pickles and mayonnaise but that is really all I needs. Good experience at this restaurant. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Shout out to the management staff for running a great team!

Ordered for a 12 piece chicken family meal with two large coleslaw’s and large sprite, they intentionally gave me 12 piece chicken, 1 large coleslaw and 3 small ones with fries. I asked her about the sprite and why the fries she said it wasn’t part of my order, i then had to request for the sprite differently and they filled up water with ice and gave me as sprite.

On this visit, I ordered from the mobile app. Once I arrived, I did pick up through the drive thru. Had to pull forward and wait for my order. I was expecting hot, fresh food but it came warm. Was a little bit disappointed but the lines were too long to go back and wait!

Waited 5 minutes to place my order in the drive through, then waited 10 minutes to get to the window. I ordered one plain chicken sandwich and one spicy. When I got to the window, they tell me that they don’t have plain sandwiches, only spicy. I literally had to ask for the manager to explain to me why they were no longer selling plain chicken sandwiches when they were not close to closing. I had to request that they drop a chicken sandwich for me so I could have what I ordered 10 minutes prior. The manager said that he didn’t think I wanted to wait for a plain sandwich, so they didn’t make it when I placed the order. I’ve never heard of anything like this in all my years of coming to Popeyes. This is my first and last time at this location. The cashier was polite, but she didn’t know what to say when I asked if they could make a fresh sandwich. She had to close the window and turn around to ask the manager everything. I asked the cashier if I could get fresh fries when my food was done since I would have to wait at least 10 mins for a plain sandwich. She looked at me with confusion and didn’t know what to say. While I sat in my car facing the restaurant waiting for my sandwich, a guy came out and dumped a whole container of tea on the ground in the parking lot! Why wouldn’t they dump that in the sink!! When they brought my sandwich out, it was the most pale chicken sandwich I have ever seen. It has no color to it and doesn’t look like any chicken sandwich I’ve had before. I asked if it was actually a sandwich or just a chicken breast. I also asked him if he dumped tea in the parking lot. He said yes. I asked why and he said they can dump it either in the parking lot or down the drain. Every car that pulled up to the window had to pull over and wait. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.
