If I could give this Jersey Mikes a 0 star I would. Such a shame because the chain tends to have good food. Terrible service, rude employees, and management could care less. This now the third time I’ve had this experience. I waited 40 minutes for a sub, and then when I open it, it’s wrong. Plus the attitude on the workers ridiculous. God forbid someone with a gluten allergy asks for a GF menu item. I’ll drive the extra 15 minutes to Washington PA if I want it.

Messed up order today – and my husband said the guy wrote it down! They gave my husband beef instead of chicken. Mine was a # 13, no tomato and add banana peppers and toasted – NOPE. Just gave me the menu version of the # 13. We get these coupon packs at our business and decided to use one but if you cannot get the order right, what’s the point? Food is good and you get a lot of meat, but not sure we will get again.

Clearly there’s a common problem if you go in at 8:30pm. Girl at the grill was rolling her eyes to another employee when we walked in the door and she was clearly agitated, so we ordered hot subs instead of cold to give her something to do. At least we took it to go.

One of the workers laid the order receipt on TOP of the sandwich while they moved on to finish another sandwich. I can’t imagine this is acceptable by company policy. Thermal paper is extremely high in BPA and should never ever touch someone’s food. They seemed generally pretty disorganized but I’m sure there is a way to keep orders organized without doing this.
