Way better than Panda Express. The meat is perfectly cooked and covered in a good amount of sauce. My go-to choice here is the orange chicken and the sweet and sour pork. The portions are also very generous. They also serve boba as well as sushi here. The rice is perfectly seasoned, and the chow mein is delicious. Customer service is also pretty good, and it doesn’t take too long to get helped. If they opened up a location in San Jose as well, they would do really well.

The servers at Mr. Hong’s are always incredibly polite and attentive. They are always kind and patient, even when they are busy with online orders and dine-in customers. I always appreciate their communication, letting me know approximately how long my food will take and what recommendations they have if they are out of something (which is rare in my experience). Today I ordered the Pink Lady roll, and while they were out of tuna, the server offered salmon instead, which was just as tasty!

The fried rice was excellent. Beef & broccoli and mushroom chicken were good but a little heavy on the veggies and not a little light on meat. Alao had the sweet and sour pork, it was good but very doughy and fatty. After I ordered my choices I realized they had more choices around the corner that looked a lot better, especially the sezschuan chicken. Next time I’ll choose better items.
