I had the worst experience here service wise and it’s a shame because I actually think the food is pretty good. I ordered through the slice app as I was unable to get anybody on the phone to make it easier for them. I have worked in the restaurant industry for many years so I try not to complain. However, I show up after my order was already delayed and end up staying there 25 mins between all their mistakes. First, they didn’t have garlic knots (fine, but could have called to tell me when I placed the order)? Second, they forgot my wings until I reminded them and they made the wings wrong. Then they had to remake the wings so I had to sit there again and wait. Not to mention, I paid extra for ranch and never got it. I would consider giving them another chance because I understand sometimes the industry is hard to find good help. They really need to stop being so unorganized and have better service though. I wasn’t offered any remedies to the solution except (I am sorry). No offer of a free dessert or anything else… Update; offered discount after contacting to remedy situation, so that’s a positive.

People post that the pizza is really good but I say that it is probably the worst pizza I have every had. The bottom of the crust is burnt and soggy. The quality of ingredients is average. The do pour a good drink.

Awesome food! We went for a quick bite before having to do an airport pick up. The food was exceptional compared to what we were expecting and the outside tables were pet friendly. They had a bingo night setting up. Good beer selection and inside looked like fun, would go back for an evening of music and shooting pool. Cool place, very impressive!

This is unfortunately some of the best pizza we have had since moving here, but the service is so awful this will be our last night ordering. We ordered a few times with a long wait, but no major problems. We ordered again in December for pickup, thinking it would cut down on the delivery wait. When I arrived at my suggested pickup time I had to wait another hour and a half for my food. When I got home I realized they had forgotten our wings. We decided to give it another try tonight and unfortunately it was more of the same. We ordered at 745 and didn’t receive our food until 915. We paid a dollar extra for ranch for our wings, we got no ranch at all. The wings were rubbery and had clearly sat for a long time. The pinwheels, which are one of our favorite items, were raw in the middle. We were so hopeful this would be a better experience but I think we are going to have to call it quits.

I have been coming here for more than 3 yrs and I love the servers, and the food, but when new people come in and you are by yourself sitting at a table and get up to go to rest room or sing at karaoke, people come, move your drink and I am told to go to another table or don’t come back by a guy from the back of house, I felt so disrespected… now I am considering going elsewhere because obviously consistent customers is not what they want… just angry a guy from back of house who is not the manager or owner put his 2 sense in… I will frequent Basillicos more often now.

The waitress was exceptional, very attentive. She suggested the hot wings and they were awesome. Pizza was great! Fresh cheese, delicious! The entire experience was worth 5 stars!
