To me this is the best ramen for vegetarians in all of New York City! Very flavorful broth, creamy and toasted yet light. Beautiful noodles that go with the texture of the broth. And also nutritious with slices of tofu and scallions!

Come early as it gets quite busy. You’re able to customize the ramen from the softness of the noodz to lightness of the broth. Flavorful, just enough portion, and everything just done right! So glad we came into this restaurant – it was like getting a hug from ramen.

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had. I’ve been to other places that were great but this one stands out. Would highly recommend to anyone craving asian food as their non-ramen foods (such as the chashu pork) are also amazingly delicious and you cannot go wrong here.
