Ordered a pizza with no contact option, put 20% tip, got an text for a ETA, the tracker shows nothing on the location of driver so we were waiting around for about a hour. I called to ask about location & was told momentarily. My husband stepped outside really quick & the driver literally didn’t even knock, just left it in front of the door. Common courtesy would be to knock and leave it there??

Only reason I am giving two stars is because the cheese sticks was good. We ordered two heart shaped pizzas, foe my crew to enjoy while working valentines day, after spending over $70 we received two burnt crust pizzas that was not even cut into slices. The pizza was actually almost inedible. Couldn’t get one person on the phone. Wasn’t even expecting a refund, I’d been happy with just 1 pizza being remade but they was too busy to worry about it I guess.

Almost everytime I order I have a horrible experience. So I order some traditional wings online and get to try store and of course they aren’t ready yet. No one is at the register so when someone comes I tell them that I have $10.00 on my telephone number from the last time I order. So they can’t find the ten dollars on my account. The manager comes and looks my number and nothing and the general manager that gave me the ten dollars no longer works there. So I explained to him about my horrible experience last time about how they waited until I got there to call me that they ran out of certain items on my order. Then when. I got there my order wasn’t ready after 45 minutes and I still had to wait another 10 mins to get it. So i pay for my wings to day after this big speal to the manager with no discount or money found and they still make me wait another 5 mins or so for my order to come out. Other than this no one is wearing gloves or has on a hair net this place really needs to pulls it together on the orders and work place classiness. Good luck with your orders.
