I’ve came here 3 seperate occasions for bags of ice and they never have it claiming the “machine is broken.” Today we pulled up before 4 other cars and they all got their food AND drinks before our 3 ice creams were even brought out to us. We will not be coming back for any reason . If an order is taking awhile you should communicate that to the customer instead you’ve lost a customer plus wasted ice cream. Go to the rayville location don’t waste your energy

I’m really not too sure how this sonic is still up and running. Half the time you pull in to order, you’ll be lucky to pull up to a working stall. It’s been like this for as long as I can remember. Not only that, but for some reason the orders gets scanned out WAY before they actually bring it to you. I understand if it’s busy, but a majority of the time when this happens, it’s not busy at all… To top it all off, I ordered a large rootbeer with cream, a large coke, and a medium reese’s blast tonight. The rootbeer with cream literally tastes just like carbonated cream… The coke is flat. The blast wasn’t even mixed all the way… There was just reese’s on top, and plain old vanilla ice cream the rest of the way. I suggest not coming here if you want to have a somewhat decent experience.

I don’t even know where to begin this is the worst sonic I’ve been to it is a constant disappointment at how many times they get your order wrong. I honestly think it would be better if they just shut it down or sent someone in there that simply just knew how to listen and get it right. There is countless people in this town that feel the same way. But we have to deal with it because it never changes and it’s not like we have many options.

Everything was fine, except they need to wipe the drinks down. Nobody wants food coloring on their clothes. The tops on the drinks weren’t secure either. The food was good and the drinks were okay. Two seconds to wipe those drinks down and check the lids would be awesome. It took longer than expected after the screen said it was on the way.

I have more wrong orders from here than right. When I first started coming here they were awesome. Fast and accurate. With in the past 4 months it is a hit and miss with missing items food not made correct and drinks missing added flavorings.
