I asked for my snack and beacon to be heated dark almost around the edges so that it would be crispy. I waited at the drive-thru window for 3 minutes before someone greeted me. I thought maybe they were cooking the bacon as I had asked. When I got it it was still light in color and the texture was soft and flimsy like ham.

Your lucky I didn’t come back and raise hell because I was starving and didn’t feel like complaining so I will show the picture. The cheese was cold and not melted. My friend and I were ordering breakfast. I ordered a egg and cheese bagel and was very clear when ordering. The screen even said “BAGEL”. I then received a egg and cheese wrap. I politely went up and said “Excuse me, this was supposed to be an egg and cheese bagel, not a wrap” the worker then took the bag without saying anything. When he came back with the bagel sandwich, he rudely shouted “Make sure you say bagel next time” This is incredibly unacceptable behavior and the customer service was terrible. He heard very clearly that I said bagel because the screen even said bagel when I went to pay. The worker had black curly hair, and looked fairly young. I’m extremely disappointed considering I have been going to this dunkin for a long time to just get breakfast. Especially my egg and cheese bagel sandwich. I am offended and quite frankly appalled.

The last two times I’ve gone I’ve done a mobile order and sat behind 3-4 cars for over 10-15 mins. Seems they are struggling to keep America going at a reasonable pace anymore. Hopefully they can address the delays and get back on track.

Never have I ever gotten worse service. First off, they got my orders wrong. I ordered two pumpkin spice iced lattes, one small and one medium. I was given two medium iced lattes, THEY WERE NOT PUMPKIN. They had sprinkles?? And tasted bitter. I was also continuously cut off while ordering, and that lead to lots of moments where they’d say “okay, pull up!” before I finished ordering. When I told them they got my order wrong they just said “really? okay.” and didn’t do anything to fix it, just stared at me. Never coming back here, waste of time and money.
