A worker had noticeably filthy hands and was chewing his fingernails before bare handed handling my coffee and food. The floors needed to be swept, dirt and trash everywhere. The same worker who was unsanitary was also rude to me. Place needs help.

Cold brew is good but the kiosk ordering really sucks. If I wanted to order that way I would have done it on my phone. No one stepped up to help me so I started using it just to have people go ahead of me in line when someone finally did step up to the register. Kiosk ordering sucks.

When this store actually has donuts in stock, they are always ✨wet✨. There’s always a line, especially since the rockport location closed but the staff is friendly. The line however, affects the flow of traffic on Eastern Ave and causes problems even for people who don’t want to gamble 50/50 on if they’re going to be able to get a wet donut (ie those people trying to get to work at 8am)
