Did an online order. What’s the point if I am not getting points for my order for future discounts…Haven’t been inside of this location in years. The upgrades look really nice. Used to order from here at least once a week as a teen. Anyway son’s 18th birthday he wanted Pat’s pizza. So he got what he wanted and truly enjoyed it.

It’s a shame to write a 1 star review, because I really enjoy the food overall (when prepared correctly). However, I’ve had experience after experience at this location and the kirkwood location where order instructions from ordering online are not followed, resulting in incorrect orders. My last experience, the kitchen slathered ketchup all over my fries inside the container (which I didn’t discover until arriving at home after picking it up). Fries were completely soggy and drenched in ketchup. I open my buffalo chicken cheesesteak, ordered without blue cheese, and it appeared to be a plain chicken cheesesteak. I called and they offered to remake it. I drove 15 min back to the restaurant and had to wait an additional 15 min there. I requested a refund with my food due to the very poor experience(s). Instead the manager on duty was very combative, going as far as to pull out the cheesesteak from the trashcan and shoving his fingers in it to try and find a hint of buffalo sauce. This was completely disrespectful and not how a manager should interact with customers. I took my food and left at this point. I submitted a contact request on the website, but have not heard back. This is why I’ve decided to post the review instead. I hope they can fix their online ordering accuracy, because it’s truly lacking.

Get better service and food from a gas station. This place went way down hill. What happened? Never going here again. Not worth the trouble. Oh yeah they say opened until 10pm but you can’t order past 9pm. Smh

Their pizza is very tasty and very consistent. Consistency seems to be missing from a lot of pizza places lately. They are extremely fast at preparing the food as well. I highly recommend this location.

Usually come here for lunch frequently to get in and out for a sit down place. Lunch specials are fair and the food is on point. Chicken ceasar salads are pretty big so you only need the regular a large can feed two. All of the wraps are good especially the chicken ceasar and chicken cheesesteak. Can’t go wrong with any of the daily specials.

The food at the new castle location went downhill. I miss the breaded wings! The ones they have now are all skin and fat….yuck. The pizza was gross and it was all around a bad experience.

I ordered 5 naked wings and 10 boneless. they sent all naked. luckily i live close by so i asked them to remake them. They said if i want the correct order i need to bring back the messed up ones. Hopefully they didn’t serve those to anyone else, my wings were raw on the inside. very disappointing.

I used to love Pats but the last 3 times have been a big disappointment. Pizza and Stromboli were basically tasteless and dough not cooked. They did away with the breaded chicken wings which my family absolutely loved. The staff messes up your orders or never even puts your order in to be processed. When you buy chips or cheese curls they should actually look at the prices on the bag I bought 2 bags of cheese curls 2.29 a bag and was charged 5.98. The employees also should not be able to be on their phones while working. Like I said I used to love Pats pizza and Stromboli just missing the flavors should go back to the recipes that George had in place for years.
