Hikari serves a variety of dishes that taste great, healthy, and made to order. The burgers are excellent, the chicken sandwich is awesome. The salads are a must try, served with all types of vegetables well beyond most other places.

I had the Best experience at Hikari. For my first time ever visiting I was warmly greeted and assisted by Anthony who had phenomenal genuine customer service. So much so I wanted to meet the owner Ms./Mrs Lewis who was wonderful as well and such a pleasure to speak with. I was so excited about the mouth watering options. The flavor of what order did Not disappoint! I’ve been tired of fast food and Hikari truly met my craving for homecooked style, feel good food. I am looking forward to going back to try their other options; their all day breakfast, Salmon salad and Sea Moss to name a few. Yes, they have a variety of healthy options too! Check them out and tell them I sent you!

I like trying new things as well as supporting my people, but I have to say that this establishment was a bit disappointing. The A/C was out and I want to believe that is the reason for all the flies roaming around (maybe they had the doors open to cool the place down). My wife and I went in and was greeted by the owner who seemed nice and she explained why it was so hot and that they were actively getting the A/C fixed. We went to order our food and that is when the disappointment began. As we were ordering we were asking the cashier about the selection of food and she couldn’t answer our questions. My wife asked what sides were available and she pointed to display and said “the sides are over there”. That wouldn’t have been a problem if everything was labeled, but nothing was labeled and everything was covered so you couldn’t see. I asked a question concerning the ingredients and she was unable to answer and all the while we were ordering she was on the phone with a friend. (She was a sweetheart though.) So the order was taken and the next step was the wait. We waited for over 30 mins to get our food and because the air was out and the flies were out plus the inside could use a cleaning, that was a long 30+ minutes. We received our food with multiple items missing, and unfortunately the food was not worth the wait. I ordered the southern fried chicken, and my wife ordered the seafood platter. The food was entirely too salty. The cake was really dry and maybe a bit old. The best thing that we tasted were the fries, they were great. All in all the prices are decent, this place has potential with a nice cleaning, a little more training on customer service, quicker wait time, and a clear measuring system with the seasoning of food.

I tried this establishment yesterday and was disappointed. The young lady at the counter was not helpful. I asked her numerous times what the sides were because they are not listed. She just repeated to me that they were not listed. She finally rattled them off so I could order. I ordered the seafood plate w/ Mac and cheese and greens. The young lady began to pack my sides from food she had taken off a cart before I walked I and it appeared to be cold and old. I asked if she could get me fresher, hot sides and she said “they were hot”. As someone else mentioned their AC was out which made the wait miserable, so I was hoping the food would be worth the wait. The seafood appeared to be fried in old grease. It was very dark and burnt tasting. All of the food looked alike, it was in the same coating. I couldn’t tell the hush puppies from the shrimp. The greens and macaroni were disappointing. The greens tasted smoked with no other seasoning and I can’t explain the macaroni.

I found this little hidden gem… while searching for some healthy eating in my community of Fairborn Georgia. I must say that I am impressed. I ordered the chicken fajita salad with balsamic vinegar. It was delicious! It was made to order… and, while I was there, I saw that they had so many other food’s on the menu that I got to go back to try! I will definitely be back.

I ordered from Uber Eats so I didn’t rate the service and atmosphere. Ordered breakfast/brunch with pancakes, chicken sausage, eggs, and hashbrowns. I also added fried green tomatoes. They were so good and the coating was seasoned really well. The pancakes were huge and so delicious some of the best I’ve had!!! The eggs scrambled with cheese were very good. My only dislike but not worth removing a star was my sausage was a thin patty and it was cooked a little harder than I like. Overall I’m about to place another order. Really enjoyed it.

Paid almost $19 for a small container of vegg skillet w/chkn. Was disappointed at the Small container i got for that price. I get it prices are up now. Just figured itll be ina med or larger container. It was too small. Overall the taste of the food was so good. Very tasty. I enjoyed it. Good fresh food. Atmosphere didn’t feel too positive cause the people that work there were arguing so loud. He was pretty upset at the help he wasnt getting inthe back. But hey thats none of my business. Lol. Needed to use bthrm and had to go nxt door which lady was so rude… but anywho. Food was good. Pics look larger than actual size of container. Im GF/DF so i didnt have the eggs or cheese that came w/the skillet.

Stopped by to check out Hikari shortly after it’s opening and was not disappointed. I ordered the seafood platter (pic after removed from container) and vegan tacos. I was told the seafood platter was tasty. I wasn’t sure what to expect with the vegan tacos, since I’m not a vegetarian. But, I was pleasantly surprised! The tacos were fresh and flavorful. The fried tofu was prepared well and added to the deliciousness of the dish. I’ll definitely go back to try a few more menu items.
