My boyfriend and I stopped in this cute little spot in Ventura for a quick bite and wow! First of all, the service was amazing. Paula is the heart and soul of the place, she makes you feel right at home. The food was delicious too!!! The seasoned potatoes O’Brien are a must we even brought some home for my daughter. Thanks for a great place, mouth watering food and wonderful service. We’ll be back!

Came in today for the first time to have brunch with my husband for my birthday and from start to finish, the entire experience did not disappoint! Stephanie was our server and she provided such great service, which is a huge plus because good service is so hard to find nowadays. She helped me decide between the breakfast sopes and chilaquiles, and while she assured me I couldn’t go wrong with either..I’m glad I ordered the breakfast sopes. You can really taste the quality of the housemade chorizo. Will definitely be conback to try the chilaquiles!

A very good breakfast place, I would suggest getting here when they open because it gets very very busy. The service was also great. Eggs Benedict tasted awesome, the hollandaise sauce was homemade and tasted perfect. Reasonably priced and parking is a little bit to find if it’s really busy.

What a hidden jewel…My favorite stops in Ventura did not open until 8am and I wanted to eat at 7am prior to traveling back home up North!!! So a quick Google maps search sent me to Art’s Corner Cafe!!! WOWZA!!! lucky me & my pops!!! It is obvious this is a diner frequented by local regulars!!! It was warm and welcoming!! PAULA is as charming and old-school as it gets for a waitress. She didn’t miss a beat at taking care of all the diners efficiently and oh so personable and friendly!! THE BOSS OUGHT TO GIVE HER A RAISE THE FOOD!!! Ohhh yessss!!! Home cooking at it’s finest, no gimmicks, just delicious ample servings!!! My pop was in the food biz years ago, hard man to impress!!! He gave 5 stars down the board!!!! We were the first to arrive at 7am, the place soon filled up!! This was a Monday!!! Parking lot is small, but street parking seems to be available!! Art’s is simple and clean, no gimmicks here, just good old fashioned food and service My eggs and ground beef patty were cooked to perfection, yolks poured out nicely on top of my meat patty!!! SO YUMMY!! My pop had eggs, tators, toast & sausage!! He was very impressed with the O’Brien Fried tators!! Breakfast fried tators with green peppers and onions fried into them!! Coffee was a delightful cup of Joe☕ Prices were very reasonable and not jacked up like the fancy “hot spots” around town!! I look forward to coming to try their lunch, dinner & beer on tap next time I come to Ventura!!! Thank you Art’s for a wonderful breakfast experience

Art’s Corner Cafe is a hidden gem in Ventura. You have to try there Eggs Benedict. It is so good. The homemade Biscuits and Gravy delicious. The homemade cinnamon roll is too die for. Raul and George are the owner’s and they’re awsome. It is worth the wait. Tell them that Rick Ramos sent you.

I know this is a popular place to eat. NEW owner’s in the last year. They started out strong and I was pleased. Not to so much anymore. I ordered eggs over easy and got eggs well done. The steak was the most disappointing. I ordered medium rare and got a dry rubber piece of steak. They said it was a rib eye but it was awful. I’ve ordered the dish with tortillas and sauce. Not sure of the correct spelling and was horribly disappointed. So im done spending my hard earned money. Also not enough staffing on Mondays. Waited for 20 plus minutes for a check and that was the second time that has happened. I hope they pull it together. I won’t be back for it.
