They lack customer service to an extent where they don’t address customers issue or even recognize it. This occur during slow hours , customer service is the core of business and need s to be implemented please. If you don’t feel like working , don’t make it hard on consumers

I used to eat here all the time and I was part of the rewards program (which I loved). Unfortunately after COVID, their prices skyrocketed which is why I give it 4 stars. There honestly nothing wrong with the food or the service but the prices are outrageous. $15.50 for a small (2 scoops of protein) and $19 for the large build your own (5 scoops of protein) is pretty insane.

Very friendly, quick service. Personally the bowls are my favorite. They have a good selection of proteins to choose from. If you’re a fan of spicy foods they have a sauce called “da bomb” and it is the bomb. However they recently changed the topics selection by putting a 5 item limit. I like to stack my bowl with toppings so I’m not really of fan of this new change. Overall I would recommend this place of you’re craving a poke bowl.

Pokiland, in my opinion, is the best place for Poki in Fresno. You get very good portions of fish no matter what size bowl, salad, or nacho you get. Pokiland has an abundance of toppings and dressings so I usually pick a different combination each time I go there.
