wonderful bagels. perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. the place is very clean and they have so much to offer- you will find many prepackaged salads, chip/snack options to accompany your meal, a wide variety of beverages, delicious looking baked goods, and many menu options to choose from. the staff members behind the counter are courteous.

Stopped in for a simple ham, turkey and cheese sandwich. Ask for the ham to be sliced very thin or shaved. Was informed all meat was pre-sliced and the only way I could have the meat sliced thin was to buy it by the pound. Made no sense to me but I ordered a 1/4 lb. of ham sliced very thin or shaved and I would add it to my sandwich. I got a 1/4 lb. Sliced thick. Have it their way .Very poor customer service. I have been here several times and never had an issue. I won’t be back.
