Wow! Compared to the one on Veirs Mill, this has better quality of food, seating area and customer service. The outside seating area is adjacent to the street so it could be loud with the trucks driving by. It’s still cute tho. Food was delicious. Table numbers for the inside dining orders and took a decent 15 minutes to receive. After I was finished, I was sorting the dishes and trash. Valeria was so sweet and assisted me because I’m just so clumsy and slow. Thank you!

Pretty tasty place. The pollo saltado was very good. The empanada was beef, some veggies, and a little cheese. It was deep fried so I wants a fan of that, but still tasty. Also got an order of fried plantains which will last me a few days. Spent roughly $25 for all of that at lunch. Would go back again.

Winning food. Big portions, potatoes are rich in butter, sweet, pair it with fries and chicken so it’s a good balance. Surprised fries are really good, crispy, tasty, and hearty. Chicken is cooked really well, could use some green sauce maybe they didn’t pack it in the takeout. Good food.

The manager Nancy is insanely rude. She wants to pay for this expensive meal that I don’t agree with. She gives me a hard time everytime I call and ask for my chicken to be well done. The food isn’t cheap. I’m gonna enjoy what I pay my money for.

Went to a thrift store and Don Pollos was around the corner. The google reviews were accurate. Service excellent, the food was fresh, fast and so delicious. The chop chop exceeded my expectations. Large portions. We also got the plantains and they were perfectly cooked and a huge portion. We each have leftovers. The bathrooms were very clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. Lots of outdoor seating.

Love this place. I don’t live in the area any more but when I come back I always hit Don Pollo. Great skin on the chicken, juicy but not “wet”, and the plantains are always cooked until caramelized and tender. YUM
