It was my first time at the restaurant for any location. I kept seeing commercials so I decided to go. It was the best decision of the day because the food and service excellent. I was accompanied with my mom and 2 toddlers. Our waitress helped with the booster chairs and came regularly with refills and asking us if we need assistance.

I ordered pick up food via doordash and the service was terrible. I wasn’t greeted. The server was talking to a customer and grabbed my food and tossed it on the bar like, here you go. She continued her conversation. I ordered chips and fries. I had no utensils, wasn’t offered anything (napkins, ketchup…. nothing to that nature). I simply left because she didn’t seem interested in doing anything but continuing her conversation. I didn’t bother asking because I’d gotten annoyed. The fish was the only thing that tasted freshly made. The fries were old and so was the coleslaw. The coleslaw was room temperature and I didn’t want to risk getting sick because it clearly sat somewhere outside of the refrigerator

Great food big portions enough to fill you up. Everything looked great on the menu 5 cheese cheeseburger and loaded nachos were out of this world. Waitress could of asked if we wanted refills.

I have to say if you decide to order delivery, nine out of ten times your order isn’t right. It’s always an issue with sauces and flavors. I place orders constantly and did you know that you cannot get sauce on the side , because they have to charge you for it. Wow, this is sad. You cannot get something that could be offered with your order because you have to recover your .85 cents. Truly sad

I came here for dinner with a small group on a Monday night. I think it’s great that they have events, we were there during music bingo and scored some coupons. It wasn’t too crowded and the service was good. If you’re not sure what to eat, I recommend the fish and chips and the chicken wings.

They have slipped since the first time in 10 years we first tried them. I sat at a table that was sticky and dirty, while I waited for my food. Had to wait about 5 minutes before someone took my order. I get home and was missing stuff, and was very little of the item. They need improvements. I love going there, but not if I don’t get recognized when I enter, or the food missing, not cooked properly and so forth. Plus, the prices are too much. Managers don’t give you deals for wrong stuff, or all above, etc. Need improvements.

Would not take valid coupon. I had no cash at the time and went to get 6 free wings that i had gotten at an event, in which no expiration date was written. That is not my fault, and they still proceeded to charge me for food i had a valid coupon for.

Friendly staff but appear to be spread too thin. Ordered the fish n chip special on Friday which reads 4 pieces of fish plus chips etc. comes out approximately 28 minutes later (expected for a Friday night) with three pieces of fish. Upon bringing it to the severs attention i was informed due to the “larger” pieces of fish I only get three. Was not mentioned before hand and the “larger” pieces of fish were 3/4 the size of a mc fillet at mcds. And the best part one of my three pieces was all breading no fish.
