I come here for one thing, the Big & Golden chicken sandwich. It’s my absolute favorite chicken sandwich out of all the chains around here and this my “go-to” location. They quick with orders and and I’ve never had an issue with order correctness. Fries and be rushed at times but it’s always been corrected when I point it out.

OMG this is the only Golden Chick I stop at. The staff is amazing. They ALWAYS greet you with a smile. Everyone here is so positive. Always smiling. They really care about there customers. I always ask for fresh rolls and it’s never a problem. I love love love. I highly recommend this location.

Placed my big order the day before and had to wait for it. Then, when I got back to my office I was call to let me know they forgot to give me the whole order. Office staff was already done when I got back with the rest of the food. So I got cold food for lunch. And just one piece of the order I was going to eat since the rest of the office ate it before I could get back.

This is my first time going to golden chicken I heard a lot of good stuff about it so I wanted to try it . They gave us the wrong order at first we ordered spicy they gave us regular and the fries had hair in it and we returned telling them and we finished and ate everything they gave us the fries back the lady there wasn’t professional at all I was shocked
