I have ordered the salad twice. The one from the Reston location is delicious and comes with large portions. The portion sizes at this location are literally half of what they are at the Reason location. When I ordered from Reston, the salad came with a separate container full of chicken and I could fill up my bowl at home twice. At this location, it barely fills the bowl once and the amount of chicken is disappointing. I even called them and asked them to make sure the portion sizes were right when I ordered the second time.

Went here for a corporate meal. That was a mistake. They keep the temp inside near 80 degrees for some reason. The floor was sticky and the chairs wobbled and felt like they were going to fall apart. Very cramped seating. They nickel and dime you for every little thing here. Ranch was extra… for wings… They also didn’t bring out items we ordered and said we never ordered them. It was hard to tell because they didn’t provide an itemized receipt. My ketchup had a giant fuzzball in it. Food was below average for bonchon. Disposable cups and plastic plates are used. Every other bonchon I have ever been to provides real dishes. This is an embarrassment to the brand. I know it’s franchised but still… this is a new low. This place earned it’s 2.8 out of 5 stars.

My wife and I to a moment while the kids were at a friend’s house and had lunch here. The young lady at the counter eas incredibly sweet and made recommendations on food and sauces. The food was quick, fresh, and very tasty.

This was my second visit to the location and it continues to be TERRIBLE!!! Don’t waste your time…. This one is not like the other Bonchon restaurants; quality wise the food is sub par. Paid ~15 dollars for tenders and rice and my meal tasted like frozen foods chicken tenders you get from sysco… not even remotely satisfied. Rice was hard and crunchy… bottom of the barrel rice. I CAN’T BELIEVE THEY SERVED THIS.

First time stopping at this bonchon and I was just going by and decided to curbside pick up. For the first time I also ordered the boneless wings since I was driving. I have to say they’re not as good as the bone in wings but they are still very very good. I got the half and half so I was able to eat a hot one and then offset it with the soy one. I had pre-ordered to have it ready at 11:00 a.m. and it was out to the car by 11:07 so I was happy with the service.

I’ve been a very longtime fan of bonchon and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of this one. I ordered a medium soy garlic platter and two sides of rice. The tenders are a completely different kind than they used to be. They’re thinner and crunchier. My main complaint about them is that they barely held onto the sauce and I definitely think they were frozen from a bag. Even the sauce seemed too salty compared to normal. I used to think you couldn’t screw up white rice too badly but I stand corrected. It was completely unseasoned and bone dry. Even the glass of water I got was bad. It tasted like chemicals. Overall I would like to warn people to steer clear. Almost $40 spent on one of the worst meals of my life.

Great chicken! The chicken wings and drumsticks are crispy and juicy, full of flavor. Very good for a quick lunch or dinner. To go along with the chicken, the fried rice is very good, and the bulgogi loaded fries were amazing!

The Sweet Red Chili sauce on the crispy tender boneless chicken wings is famous. I truly enjoyed it and the steak fried rice was good too. I would most come back.
