The food was really good! A few mistakes were made but no issues that a typical human being doesn’t make. LOVED the homemade “noodle” appetizers! I enjoyed it with some duck sauce and mustard! The spring rolls were phenomenal and and miso and sushi were to die for! My only issue is that it seems like they’re breaking when it’s not busy which is great! But…we were waiting for our check for about 15 minutes and had to go to the counter to pay which worked out.. also…for some reason the Tokyo roll made my boyfriend very nauseous. It made me a little nauseous too but I just thought it was a texture thing. Otherwise, I absolutely love this place and the people here are so kind and do amazing work! Tracy was amazing and very attentive and will definitely be coming back!

Why are you using shallower containers for your take out orders? Felt like being ripoff judge for yourself. On the left was an order from last night. The right side container is what typically Chinese restaurants used in the area, almost 1/3 less. Not going back.

Zero, if not negative, service. Last time they took the order but forgot to tell the kitchen. On both occasions, no one checks on us throughout. Food portion becomes insanely small. There was literally ONE chunk of beef in my spicy stewed beef rice noodle soup, yep, only ONE. And the quality of the dish was no better than instant rice noodles you can get from Asian grocery stores.

I think it is easy to overlook Red And Blue given it’s location and outside appearance. With that said, I have had solid Chinese food every time I have gotten takeout. I would recommend the General Tso’s chicken and the sushi personally.

Good food, my 16 year old daughter told me that she likes the same dish as I do, so I took her to get us some. The establishment is frequented primarily by Asian college students and there are employees who speak English, so the experience is a good one.
