I had a terrible experience at this location. I ordered last night and found bug in my salad. This completely ruined my appetite and I did not feel safe even eating the pizza. This is completely unacceptable and I will not be returning to this location. I reported it to the health department. I would have hoped better for Cottage Inn.

We ordered yesterday and our pizzas were late. The man at the counter was also clearly under the influence of marihuana. As a retired officer, I know what someone under the influence looks like. We will not be ordering from this store again. And I say this with a heavy heart, we love Cottage Inn pizza.

I got a medium pepperoni pizza, and it was excellent! I ordered at the counter and quickly received my pizza. I had forgotten to order flavored crust, and the gentleman who brought my pizza was more than happy to go add seasoning to it for me. I’d give them 10 stars, if I could!

Love Cottage Inn pizza, but do not recommend advance orders from this location. I ordered with a 2 pizza coupon at 5 for a PU at 6. The pizza with 1 item was piping hot while the specialty pizza was room temp at best. They of course put the hot 1 on top. I usually order from the Canton store, but this one was en route that day. I will eventually put the Canton store to an advanced order test.

Ordered on 8/1/23 and it was AMAZING! I mean, it’s always good but both Ninos looked like they were advertisements and while they looked good, they were amazing tasting as well! Perfect topping/cheese/sauce ratio. I rarely eat my whole Nino and honestly couldn’t stop, it was that good! Then I had a carb coma nap and now regret not saving a peice for breakfast. Or maybe I should have ordered a small so I had some left.

Best grilled chicken salad I have ever had. If you tell them to load it up with chicken and cheese they will load it up. Their premium pizzas are amazing and worth the extra price.
