The food is good but these guys need to learn to communicate. Greet a customer as they enter, then make sure the customer gets that food. They are too “in their little world” most of the time. I don’t think that’s asking too much.

I’m a little disappointed that they don’t deliver to my office, but they filled my online order on time. Each sandwich was neatly and correctly made. They even took the time to write the names of my co-workers on the sandwiches (I gave each sandwich a nickname online so I wouldn’t forget who ordered which sandwich). That small act made it much easier to pass out food at the office. Overall I was very pleased with this visit.

This location used to be the absolute best, but over the course of the last year, it has gone to rock bottom. I gave them.another try today and all I ordered was 3 cookies and I never received notification that the order was ready to be picked up. I will not go back. Very disappointed.

This may sound mildly Karen.. I worked as a certified GM for JJ in Vegas. Cashier was great. Line workers (including the daytime manager) not as much. My sandwich is delicious as always, but it took 15 minutes for me to get 2 sandwiches. JJ is all about subs so fast you freak. My point of the slowness- they took care of 5 deliveries before my inshop order(including a cater order). Just want to keep up with the most important JJ moto. The tomato’s are also a few days past the freshness.
