They need more drivers. The last few times I’ve ordered its taken nearly or over an hour to receive my order. Food is always great, but their resources are insufficient for a company that praises its delivery speed.

Order from them all the time on the app pretty fast for the most part this time took almost 30 mins but that’s fine to me my only problem is when I order I’m at work and they never cut it in half even though on the app I ask them to cause I eat half now and other half at home why have that option on there if your not gonna do it

Doesn’t matter what your order. It will be wrong. I have ordered from here over 10 and have yet to get a correct order. I’m pretty easy going with what I get but when you order for kids and it’s wrong. It’s a pain.

They should take the “freaky fast delivery” out of their name. My job orders from JJ all the time and over the last few months it has gotten sooo slow. Basically waste our lunch break waiting for food to get here. Ordered a wrap, it’s taken almost 30 min to even get out of the store and I work 3 min away. I’ve deleted the app bc I wasn’t sure id order from here again but figured I’d give it one more try….. now I know! Not again.
