We didn’t dine in. We ordered the chicken joy with spaghetti, 3 piece chicken with two sides (mash potatoes and fries) and chicken sandwich. The meals came with a drink so we got the pineapple juice. We also got mango-peach pies. The juice tasted so fresh, the chicken was crispy and the spaghetti was nice and hot. The mango-peach pie was crisp on the outside and ooowie gooey hot inside (so good)!

I was able to be a part of the opening and they were really well organized. The food was on point crispy chicken and tasty Filipino spaghetti. I was even part of the first 50. After dreaming and stopping by every month since January this establishment is finally open and it’s legit! Thank you Jollibee my family and I are very happy to have you in our neighborhood.

I’m happy that they opened up in the Brentwood area. Saves me a 40 minute commute to their Concord branch. Just opened less than a month ago so they’re still working out the kinks. We went through the drive thru on their 4th day and it took us 30 minutes to get our food. Now, the drive thru line is much shorter and an average of 10-15 minutes. The order taker had a friendly positive attitude and that makes a big difference after waiting in the drive thru line! I wonder sometimes where everyone is. I guess they were so excited the first week Jollibee opened that everyone came all at once!

Went on opening day and had a great experience/first visit! When waiting in line indoors, they had someone take your order on a tablet so that all you had to do was pay at the front. Not sure if they’ll keep this process but we felt it was so convenient and efficient! And everyone was so friendly and kind!

Really cold inside. I understand wanting a fast turnaround but 72 inside while 90 outside was uncomfortable. Spaghetti is sweeter than what most Americans are used to. The chicken is awesome! Every presentation from the bucket to the sandwich was great…pro tip! Wrap some adobo rice in chicken skin before dipping your new favorite bite in gravy. Thank me later

First time here to the Brentwood Jollibee and customer service was pretty good going through the drive thru. A few downsides are that, I noticed you aren’t able to use the order ahead feature on the Jollibee app to save time waiting. They don’t have the 10 piece family bucket meal available even though it says they do on the Jollibee app they only offer 6 piece family meals at this moment. Maybe in the future they’ll offer the full Jollibee menu items as other Jollibee locations do. I ordered a extra side of Adobo rice and a extra 8 oz side of gravy. The Adobo rice was full to the top of cup it comes in. I get the gravy that I paid for and it’s less then halfway full. Definitely not 8-oz of gravy I paid for it was only 3-oz. There was a second side of gravy that is included with a family meal it also was less then half full. I’ve been to a few Jollibee locations and they have always been filled to the top. I called and spoke to someone and was told it was common practice for them to do that. Ummm I’m not sure it’s common practice to charge for 8oz of a product and only give 3oz of product though. If this is common practice it’s not good practice at all. I was just told sorry. That’s it sorry. No offer to get it replaced or refund just sorry. I did ask him why no offer to fix this issue at all? Then I was offered to get a refund if I came back with my receipt. But no offer to make things correct until I asked for it. I understand it’s a new location but it seems as if they are cutting back in amount of product being filled.

5Stars for the manager or the supervisor on duty. We made our purchase and went to the side to wait, not even a minute the manager walked up to us and asked if we were helped. We said yes, she took our order number and presumed to put our order together herself and we were out.

New friend chicken restaurant. Chicken was amazing, sides were just okay. Not many options and the options for sides were sub optimal. Fruit pies are not impressive either. Spicy chicken was flavorful and both types of chicken are done really well. Crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, though it’s heavily breaded. A bit pricey compared to alternatives.
