Always tasty, fresh and quick. GREAT staff, in spite of another guest who wasn’t satisfied being a jerk and just not coming back; she had to come back and get snotty all over again about HER mistake. Why am I mentioning this? Because the team handled themselves perfectly in spite of how awful this lady was to them.

cute place for sure, food is great as usual but the service was unprofessional & just flat out rude. a sweet girl began my order but another gentleman picked up my order. she asked me a question but i couldn’t hear because the other gentleman on the line yelled something so loud to the guy behind me that i had to ask her to repeat herself & he woke my sleeping baby ( it was excessively loud even the guy he said something to seemed scared). also to add before i was in my career i worked at moes for years so im pretty aware of what’s supposed to be done. moes is a place where it’s known to create whatever meal you would like- but when i made simple asks he would have the worst attitude i asked for a queso my exact words were “can i have a bowl of queso oh can i have a cup instead” he asked “well which one” which i understand wanting to be clear but the attitude is so unnecessary. the tone that he said it in was very dismissive like he didn’t want to be there. i would’ve just left thinking like ok he must’ve had a bad day but it was the fact that he was very pleasant to everyone else that was behind me and in front of me. so on that note i love moes and would love to come back but customer service is everything!

I was denied access into this establishment today because I had my service dog with me. I wasn’t even allowed in the door. I had all his documentation with me. It is illegal to even ask if my dog is used for service reasons, first of all. But to not allow access or business to the establishment is beyond hurtful. It is discrimination against my disability and I will be following up with a manager/ the corporation myself to have them understand my feelings.

i ordered a quesadilla, cheese wasn’t melted at all and it was soggy. i also got a cup of queso, the cup was less than half full, burnt, and chunky. and a cup of guacamole, there was a whole half of an avocado in it. it definitely wasn’t salted either, i had to add my own seasoning from home to make it even edible. the only chips i got for the cup of queso and guac was the chips that come with the quesadilla which was almost none. i used to be a manager at moes so this frustrated me beyond belief.
